Refund policy

At Rose Market, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  

- Eligible items may be returned within 7 days in their original condition and packaging.  
- Perishable and opened food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.  
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
